We are Steve Short and Jessica Lucas, a father and daughter team and proud owners of the restaurant you would be working in. We own and operate 8 McDonald’s restaurants, so please don’t hesitate to say hello and introduce yourself when you see us working in the restaurants. Steve started with McDonald’s in 1979 working alongside his father, sister and brother. In 1994, Steve purchased his first stores. Jessica started as a crew person in Freeburg, IL when she was 15. Today, and every day, we work hand in hand with our crew and managers to give our customers the best possible experience as they visit our McDonald’s.
When you work in one of our restaurants it is our desire to help you accomplish some goals in your life and support you in reaching for some of your dreams. We will always have time to say hello, and we look forward to working with you. We’re glad that you have chosen to apply at our McDonald’s!
